Drag a Shortcode widget onto the page and paste the display’s shortcode. Use the Shortcode widget rather than the Text Editor widget — the Text Editor adds paragraph tags around whatever it contains.
With Pro: the JMLayouts Display widget
Find JMLayouts Display under the JMarzTech category in the Elementor panel. Pick a saved display, then override anything for this placement only:
- Content: how many items and the style.
- Style → Layout: columns and cards per slide for desktop, tablet and phone; gap; corner radius; where the card text goes; card style.
- Style → Card text: Elementor typography and colour for the first line, second line and excerpt; accent colour; card background.
Good to know: If Pro is deactivated, pages that use the widget keep showing their display — only the widget’s own Elementor styling pauses, and the editor explains why. Nothing disappears from your site.
Theme Builder
Content Layouts’ single layouts take over posts only when you switch them on, and pages built with Elementor are left alone. To use a Content Layouts layout inside an Elementor single-post template instead, add a Shortcode widget with [jmcl_single].
